Oxytocin
Oxytocin is a nonapeptide (Cys-Tyr-Ile-Gln-Asn-Cys-Pro-Leu-Gly-NH2) synthesized in magnocellular neurosecretory neurons of the paraventricular and supraoptic nuclei of the hypothalamus.
